Hallo, Ik ben Jing Mei (23 jaar) en studeer aan de HAN in Nijmegen. Hier voor heb ik al twee jaar op mijzelf gewoond. Dus de benodigde ervaring is aanwezig. Het liefst zoek ik zo spoedig mogelijk een (semi) studio in omgeving Arnhem - Nijmegen. Ik ben een sociaal persoon, maar ben ook erg gesteld op mijn rust. Ik ga netjes en zorgvuldig om met de woonplek, betaal de huur ook altijd op tijd en verder nooit problemen veroorzaakt of klachten gehad van vorige huurbazen. Zelf ga ik ook niet elke week feesten, rook niet en drink bijna nooit. Op de vroege ochtenden vind ik het heerlijk om mijn dag te beginnen in de sportschool. Verder vind ik het heel erg ontspannend om te koken of te bakken, lezen, wandelingen maken en schrijven. Ik werk bij de Albert Heijn in Oosterbeek en heb hier een vast contract, dus een stabiel inkomen is aanwezig. Hierdoor kan ik ook mijn werkplek makkelijk verplaatsen naar Nijmegen als ik hier een mooi aanbod vindt. Recentelijke loonstroken kan ik aantonen en indien het nodig is kan een van mijn ouders garantstaan, dit heb ik ook bij mijn vorige woonruimtes gedaan voor extra garantie, maar nog nooit nodig gehad. Ik zoek een nieuwe woonplek die ik helemaal mijn eigen plekje kan maken! Verder ben ik van plan om voor een langere periode te huren. Met vriendelijke groet, Jing Mei

My name is Lukas, and I am an 18 years old aspiring Mechanical Engineering Student at TUE. To study in Eindhoven was my dream, since I am very much interested in mathematics and physics and liked the vibe of this nice city - fortunately I have already been accepted in the first round :-). I like working on small projects, going to the gym, going out with my friends, playing the piano and downhill skiing. At home I frequently cook and since I have been on a school exchange in Alicante, I am quite independent. Due to living in Brussels, I have picked up some basic Dutch skills, but I still need to learn it much better. While studying Entrepreneurship together with my cofounder we started a company in robotics with the main office in Almere. I really enjoy building and fixing things not only at work but also around the house or in my free time. In the last years I have been active in small acting groups and enjoy comedy or movie nights with friends. I recently started olympic weightlifting which I hope to be able to continue once I move. Cooking is therefore also one of my passions (mainly for more than one). I have lived and worked in New Zealand, South Africa and Germany and consider the Netherlands my final home for the foreseeable future. Ik ga dit doen bij fontys en hoop dan ook een kamer te vinden in Eindhoven om iets leuks van mijn studenten tijd te maken (en wat minder reistijd is natuurlijk ook erg prettig ;) ) Ik vind het gezellig om dingen samen te doen met anderen, maar kan ook mijn tijd alleen erg waarderen. Ik vind het prettig als mijn omgeving enigszins netjes is en probeer dat zelf dan ook zo te houden. Verder hou ik ervan om te reizen en nieuwe plekken te ontdekken, ook zit ik graag met vrienden op het terras met een drankje en uiteraard wat bittergarnituur erbij, of lees ik lekker een boek in de zon.
