I keep my space clean, respect shared areas, and get on easily with housemates and neighbours. I don't smoke and I have no pets. I'm looking for a room to settle for the whole of my degree — three years or more, I'd be a stable, long-term tenant. My parents act as guarantors, and I can provide ID, enrolment confirmation, proof of funds and guarantor documents whenever needed. I recently graduated in Electrical Engineering and have secured a full-time position as an Electrical Engineer at RH Marine in Schiedam, starting in October.
