First and foremost, I am: Exceptionally tidy, attentive and respectful of the property:  even smallest issues/damages don't go unnoticed and are dealt with by me. I keep everything well maintained and take full responsibility. Cleanliness and order at all times is important part of my mindset and the way of living. Financially stable:  I work ~38 hours a week on average, make around 2300€ monthly and 27K€ annually, have decent amount of savings and I am very mindful of my finances. No debts or loans. I have been working at FedEx Duiven for over 12 months as a parcel sorter/forklift driver. Even though I work through an agency, my position is firm and I am at the phase B of the contract which also adds additional financial security. I intend to stay in the country and Gelderland area for a long time. Very quiet:  no music, no partying, no loud noises. No drinking or any substances nor smoking. I prefer mostly solitary way of living with my lifestyle revolving around mindfulness, self inquiry, meditation, light yoga and general focus on my health. Respectful to those around me:  while I don't speak Dutch and am not particularly social, I am polite at all times and I keep in mind the wellbeing of others. I am willing to be involved in any matters that are important for the landlord and community. Honest and transparent in all matters. I am 32 years old. My country of origin is Lithuania, EU. No pets. I am single. I am able to provide all necessary documents. My reason for moving is that, briefly speaking, I consider home environment to be very important to my overall wellbeing. A fully private space is a goal of mine and it would be a great improvement to my current housing conditions.

My name is Annalisa , nice to meet you.! I'm 22 years old and have been living in Groningen for about a year now. I am a last year student at the Univeristy of Groningen. Currently, however, I'm on an exchange programme in China so I'm looking for a new place to live for when I return. Due to the distance I will unfortunately not be able to attent viewings in person, only online. A little about me: I'm a very sociable and easygoing Italian-German girl that enjoys hanging out with friends, spending time outside and always tries to find new things to do. My friends would describe me as an open-minded person, that smiles most of the time, although I might be quite shy and reserved in the beginning. I love cooking, especially Italian, Thai recipes, or trying out new 10 minute recepies that turn out to be one hour long. I have a passion for learning new languages (Chinese at the moment). Ik heb net mijn studie in Duitsland afgerond en kijk er erg naar uit om mijn eerste “echte” baan in Amsterdam te beginnen. Kleine disclaimer: ik spreek nog geen Nederlands (wel Duits, Engels en Spaans), maar ik heb al eens les gehad en verwacht het redelijk snel op te pakken.
