We hebben twee auto’s en gebruiken die vooral voor werk en studie. Hygiëne is voor ons heel belangrijk. Ruslana heeft een stofallergie, waardoor wij de woning elke 2–3 dagen schoonmaken. Onze huidige woning is in perfecte staat, en we zorgen altijd netjes voor onze leefruimte. We hebben geen huisdieren, niet het type dat feest, en alcoholgebruik is minimaal. Wij hechten veel waarde aan een rustige leefomgeving. We respecteren altijd de privacy, rust en regels van buren en verhuurders. Wij zijn heel makkelijk in omgang en houden van een nette, vreedzame atmosfeer in het gebouw. Daarnaast sparen wij actief voor onze toekomstige bruiloft en een eigen business-startup, dus wij gaan verstandig met geld om. Indien nodig kunnen onze ouders optreden als garant. Hallo! Ik ben op zoek naar een knusse kamer/studio in Utrecht van max. 900 EUR/maand. Hieronder kort wat over mij: Ik ben Marlies, 29 jaar, in het dagelijks leven werkend bij de Fietsersbond en groot fan van koken, bakken, voetballen, boulderen en groen (binnen, buiten en op mijn bord). Ik speel graag af en toe een bordspelletje, wandel zo nu en dan een Pieterpad-etappe en ren soms een rondje door de buurt. Ik woon al meer dan 10 jaar in Utrecht en voel me er echt thuis, dus hoop snel weer een volgend (en hopelijk vast) plekje te vinden! Ik heb een vol leven en ben veel op pad, maar zou het ook leuk vinden om zo nu en dan mensen tegen te komen in huis om de dag door te nemen en/of samen te eten. Ik heb de laatste jaren vooral met huisgenoten gewoond, dus sta daar nu ook zeker weer voor open! Als laatste nog wat mogelijke fijne bijkomstigheden van mij als huisgenoot: ik kook vaak veels te veel (en krijg het niet altijd allemaal op), vind schoonmaken best rustgevend, en heb redelijk wat spelletjes, thee en goede boeken die ik graag deel!
