I have a strong affinity for nature and prefer a quiet, peaceful neighborhood. Having spent several years abroad, I've developed a deep appreciation for an independent and disciplined lifestyle. Hoi! Ik ben Ise, 22 jaar oud. Ik ben van plan in september weer te gaan studeren. Het liefst in Maastricht of Tilburg. Dit is helaas te ver om vanuit Nijmegen te reizen, daarom dat ik opzoek ben naar een leuke kamer met gezellige huisgenootjes :) Momenteel ben ik afgestudeerd als hbo-verpleegkundige en werk ik al twee jaar in de wijkverpleging. Tijdens de opleiding merkte ik al snel dat ik het meest geïnteresseerd was in de psychiatrie. Daarom heb ik de keus gemaakt om psychologie te gaan studeren. In het dagelijkse leven houd ik mij hier dus veel mee bezig. Daarbij vind ik het ook super fijn om leuke mensen om mij heen te hebben, creatief te zijn, te koken (het liefst dan ook voor anderen en dan gezellig samen eten), te reizen en nog veel meer. I moved here for my job as an interaction designer, i work 9 to 6 and 90% of the time i go to my office. I've been sharing apartments since I was 19, im clean, sociable and respectful. I enjoy having a chat after long day and share fun moments together if everyone else is up for it , but I also like to have some me time to re-charge. I enjoy a friendly environment and im always open to communication. I love trying new foods, and explore cafes (very strong sweet thoot). I enjoy walking around, and get lost in the city, visiting second hand shops, and I'm always up for a bad tv series or a good movie.

I hope whoever reads this is having a wonderful Spring! 🌱 I'm a full time Animator/Designer who moved from South Africa just over a year ago and absolutely love this country (learning Dutch for a year now, I can communicate pretty well with 8 year olds 👌). I'm looking for a small and soft place to call home. I consider myself warm, friendly and easy to live with. 😊 I have always lived with other people, and like to think I am fairly good at it :) I put a lot of importance on creating a warm and vibrant space for people to live in. Despite enjoying cooking and art I am incredibly tidy and always prioritize creating a clean space for others (and I don't just say that to sound good, I mean it). 😅 If you're looking for a flatmate/tennat who's friendly, quite DIY handy and is really good at looking after plants, then I'd love to hear from you! Friese roots. Voorlichter voor de stad Utrecht lange tijd geweest. Een aantal jaren terug naar de roots teruggekeerd voor mantelzorg. Achtergrond studies: Social work en Antropologie. Nu (weer) werkzaam voor de Gemeente Utrecht. Alleenstaand. Geen kids of huisdieren. Sociale en betrokken inborst. Thuis vind ik rust fijn. Ik houd van netheid/ overzicht en mag graag schoonmaken :) Mijn vrije tijd vul ik liefst met een dans, muziek, kunst of cultuur invulling.

I am renting out some space from my apartment. Since I also will stay in the apartment I will be your host (not a student), and as we may spend some time in the same apartment it may be a good idea to share some info about myself. I am broadly interested. I consider myself a social person. I like to be in contact with other people from all kinds of origin and like to talk about all kinds of subjects. I am an alpha as well as a beta person, I am into technical stuff as well as into languages. I do a lot of fitness at home. I have done all kinds of interesting things mostly on the area of IT, but have stopped working on a fixed position for a while now. I am not the type working with a fixed agenda, I eat when I want, sleep when I want, go out where and when I want, but I am quite punctial with my appointments and rules. Also I keep all my business in good order. I am rather experienced with renting to expats, young foreigners and Dutch people, though not in the house where I live myself, so this is new to me, but I am open to new things.

I am a third year Data Science student in Eindhoven. in September 2024 I am starting the master's of Artificial Intelligence at University van Amsterdam. I usually spend most of my time on campus either studying or working. In terms of shared facilities I care the most about kitchen as I like to cook a lot, I prefer if it is kept clean by all members of the house. I am not a big party person, I prefer the calm and quiet atmosphere at the house, but I don't mind occasional social events. I don't have any pets, and I also don't smoke. Currently my parents sponsor my education in the Netherlands as well as my living expenses and rent.
