We're looking for a furnished apartment or studio for 2 months (Nov–Dec) while we search for a long-term home. About us: We are non-smoking, quiet and tidy tenant with a stable income and I can provide my employment contract, proof of income and references from previous landlords. I treat every home as if it were my own and will leave the apartment in perfect condition. We have two calm, neutered indoor cats — clean, well-behaved and used to apartment living. I can pay the full rental period upfront, decide quickly, and I'm available for a video call anytime. From my time studying in Nijmegen I already have lots of experience living with other people and like to think that I am a clean, open-minded and uncomplicated roommate to live with. I'm Ryan, 21 years old and looking for a room in Rotterdam. I just finished my thesis for my bachelor's in Business Analytics at the University of Amsterdam and will be starting the master's in Econometrics and Management Science at Erasmus University next year, probably starting with the pre-master. After my six-month exchange in Hong Kong I realised how great it is to live on your own.
