I got an offer from Maastricht University and I need to find a room to live minimum from August 2025 to June 2026

I’m a 23 year old international student, currently residing in Greece and starting my Masters in Psychology at Leiden University, on September 1st, 2026. I’m looking for a place to stay in/or near Leiden for the duration of my studies (1 year), or less.

I am already living and studying here, and I am now looking for a stable and comfortable place where I can focus on my studies long-term. I have a structured daily routine, and I value a quiet, clean, and respectful living environment. I am a responsible tenant, and I take good care of the space I live in. I do not smoke, I do not host parties, and I respect both the property and the neighbors. Financially, I am supported by parents, allowing me to cover rent and all related expenses on time. I can provide proof of income or a guarantor if required.

Ik ben student aan de Hogeschool van Amsterdam en Lynn studeert aan de universiteit van Leiden (Den Haag campus). Allebei lenen wij het maximale bedrag (rond 1300 euro). Ik woon nu in Haarlem en Lynn woont in Den Haag. Beide hebben wij ook een bijbaan naast onze studie, wij zijn van plan om als wij ergens anders komen te wonen ook hier naast onze studie te gaan werken. We zijn allebei redelijk rustig en niet zo van feesten en uitgaan, vandaar dat we samen opzoek zijn naar een appartement of aparte studio's en niet op traditionele kamers willen gaan. Onze voorkeur gaat naar een woning in regio Den Haag, Leiden en omstreken, maar we staan open voor andere opties zoals regio Amsterdam, Rotterdam, Utrecht.
