I am a PhD student from Germany. I am doing a research stay in Amsterdam and am looking for a place to rent for 3 months.

Ik ben bezig met mijn laatste jaar Biologie & Medisch Laboratoriumonderzoek, waarvoor ik momenteel stage loop bij het LUMC. Op dit moment woon ik ver van Leiden vandaan. Daarom zou het voor mij super zijn als ik tot in ieder geval het eind van mijn studie (en misschien langer) in Leiden kan wonen. Ik ben ook in Leiden opgegroeid en dus zeer bekend met de stad! Naast mijn stage sport ik graag, kook ik graag en heb ik een bijbaantje.

Mijn ouders zijn bereid garant te staan voor de huur, ze hebben beiden een stabiel inkomen. Ik ben beschikbaar om per direct in te trekken, voor een periode van ongeveer één jaar, met flexibiliteit om later te verhuizen.

Ik ben met spoed opzoek naar een nieuwe woning na verbreking van relatie! Sinds februari woon en werk ik in Rotterdam, na een verhuizing vanuit het mooie Nijmegen voor de liefde. Momenteel werk ik als pedagogisch medewerker bij een BSO en mijn inkomen is €2966,- bruto per maand. Hoewel de relatie anders liep dan verwacht, voelt Rotterdam wel als de juiste plek voor mij. Ik ben de stad nog volop aan het ontdekken en ik zou hier graag willen blijven en dus opzoek naar een plekje voor mezelf.   In mijn vrije tijd sport ik veel (gym, wielrennen en hardlopen) en ben ik graag creatief bezig met dingen zoals face-charts maken, tatoeëren en kleien. Vanaf september begin ik ook aan een opleiding edelsmeden, omdat ik graag nieuwe dingen leer. Ik geloof dat ik een ideale huurder ben. Ik rook niet, ben gefocust op mijn carrière (en dus ook weer zoekende naar de volgende stap) en ik zorg graag goed voor mijn plekje. Wanneer ik met vriendinnen afspreek, doe ik dit dan ook graag buiten de deur om te voorkomen dat er iets kapot gaat of vies wordt (lees: onhandige vriendinnen). Ik ben op zoek naar een woning waar ik mijn single leven opnieuw kan opbouwen en waar ik me thuis kan voelen.
