 I am originally from Iran and currently completing my PhD in Informatics in Austria, where I have been living for almost five years. I have experience with various living arrangements, including student housing. Additionally, I shared accommodations with an Italian housemate, and we remain close friends even after four years. I also had two shorter stays with Iranian housemates, both of which were positive experiences. And currently, I am living in an Apartment in Austria.  As a tenant, I am quiet, clean, polit, reliable, and considerate of others. I enjoy spending time with people and am known by my friends, family, and colleagues as a friendly, supportive, and nice individual. In my free time, I love cooking, watching movies and playing indoor soccer, which help me connect with others and maintain a balanced lifestyle. I can provide proof of income to confirm my ability to meet rent obligations. Additionally, I have a valid Austrian residence permit until March 2027.  My Netherlands residence permit will initially be valid for one year.  I am available to move in between January 15-20, 2025.

Ik ben Liam. Ik ga aan de TU Delft Bouwkunde studeren per 1 september 2025. Daarom verhuis ik graag van Deventer naar Delft. Ik ben half Iers/half Nederlands en spreek behalve Nederlands ook goed Engels. Samenwonen met huisgenoten lijkt me het leukst. Maar ook een kamer alleen is prima. Qua sport: doe ik aan voetbal. Ik vind het leuk om films kijken: goede actiefilms maar ook scifi en arthouse. Ben verder een redelijk rustig iemand en ook makkelijk in de omgang. Tot ziens in (regio) Delft. .

Hi there :) glad that you found my profile! My name is Enya, I am 21 years old, and I am currently doing the hons. bachelors program Politics, Psychology, Law and Economics at the UvA. I am originally from Frankfurt am Main (Germany), but moved to Amsterdam last summer, to attend university. I knew right from the start, that this would be my city - the architecture, the freedom of biking, the music and yes, also the people. During my first year of uni, I was lucky to be able to live in student accommodation, where I met a lot of cool people. However, this contract is running out soon. Now, I am very much looking forward to finding a new home and maybe getting to know some nice new roommates. I am a very social person, who loves playing cards, cooking dinner together, and going for pub crawls. However, there is always a balance. Some days I spent studying, dancing to The Smiths alone in my room and going for a run to free up my head. I love exploring new parts of the city, whenever I can. In fact, I now also work as a city tour guide and get to exchange my experiences with others. Additionally, my parents support me financially and would serve as guarantors.
