Hello! My name is Isabelle and I am originally from Canada but I was raised by a Dutch mother and Greek Father. I grew up going to the Netherlands to visit my family often and I consider it a second home. I was recently accepted into the Master of Museum and Heritage Studies program at UvA and I will be starting my studies at the beginning of September. For my Bachelors I focused on art history and gender representation. I am super passionate about supporting under-represented artists in museum and exhibition settings. In the future I would like to work in a museum, gallery or organization that shares these goals. I am looking to move into a cozy living space either by myself or with a few roommates. I would prefer a room that is partly or fully furnished, as I will be moving with only a few suitcases. Personally, I am quite tidy and I really make an effort to keep personal and shared spaces clean. I am looking for roommates that also value a clean space. My name is Javi and I'm a 33 yo guy from Spain. I was born in Madrid, where I grew up and lived until I moved to Barcelona in 2016. In between, I spend one year studying abroad my Erasmus stage in Grenoble (French Alps). It was almost 2 years ago when I got a good job opportunity which made me leave Bcn and began my journey in the Netherlands (Rotterdam). I've always had a passion for sports, having practiced several over the years—from playing football in my early days to a lifelong love for skiing, and more recently/past years, getting into downhill mountain biking. This come together with a bunch of hobbies like hiking, scuba diving or motorcycling among others. Tbh, I don't find it hard to enjoy my free time! Besides sports, music is an unmissable part of my life, I´m generally down for celebration and try to take off for travelling every time I can. Regarding housing and coexistence, worth to mention that I've lived in 4 different homes (Madrid, Grenoble, and 2 in Barcelona) and with different people (family, long time girlfriend and flatmates/friends).
