Hee, Ik ben Philip Honig en ga vanaf september Mechanical Engineering aan de Universiteit van Twente studeren en ben op zoek naar een gezellig studentenhuis waar ik samen met mijn huisgenoten een leuke studententijd kan beleven. Ik heb mijn VWO examens op het Comenius in Hilversum net afgerond. Ik woon in Nederhorst den Berg en heb een bijbaan bij de AH. Dat geld besteed ik vooral aan mijn schakelbrommer en aan leuke dingen doen met mijn vrienden. I started my agency during my degree and now run it full time, registered with the KvK under number 97994723. I work from home most days, so a quiet place matters to me. I've lived in Amsterdam for three years. I'm looking for a studio or one-bedroom flat, ideally in Amsterdam or Amstelveen, and I need to be able to register at the address with the gemeente. On the practical side: my mother acts as guarantor and her income is well over four times the rent. I can provide her contract, payslips and ID, along with my own KvK registration and bank statements. I can pay several months of rent upfront on signing if that helps. I don't smoke, I have no pets, and I don't throw parties. I train five or six days a week and my evenings are usually the gym and work. I look after a place properly and I pay on time. I'm available immediately and flexible on viewings, including evenings and weekends at short notice.
