I've moved recently into Amsterdam and am looking for a room to rent long-term that allows me to register. I am clean, tidy, I do not smoke or drink. I work in a supermarket on De Pijp area, so I leave very early in the morning to go to work.

Together with my brother (who will now be a second-year student at the same university), we would like to express our interest in renting the appartment for two years.

Mijn naam is Marc. Ik ben een nette en rustige man van 45 jaar uit Utrecht met een vaste baan in de IT. Momenteel ben ik verwikkeld in een echtscheidingsprocedure en op zoek naar woonruimte. Mijn huidige verblijfplaats is een vakantiepark in Doorn waar ik tot 14 mei kan blijven, maar welke vanaf 14 maart maandelijks opzegbaar is. Ik heb 2 lieve kinderen van 6 en 8 jaar die bij hun moeder blijven wonen. Wel zullen ze af en toe op bezoek komen en een nachtje blijven slapen. Hopelijk is dit geen probleem. 

Ik ben Ivo, zit op dit moment nog in een tussenjaar en ga straks beginnen met mijn opleiding aan de Hanze. Ik hou me in mn vrije tijd bezig met muziek en hou graag van feestjes. Ik ben voor de rest erg makkelijk in omgang en help anderen graag.
