Mijn naam is Liv (21) en ik studeer Advertising & Beyond aan de Willem de Kooning Academie. Ik hou van fotografie, graphic design en theater. Momenteel woon ik in Den Haag, maar samen met mijn goede vriendin en klasgenoot Rhiannon (19) ben ik op zoek naar een woning in Rotterdam, zodat wij dichter bij onze opleiding kunnen wonen en ons daar voor langere tijd kunnen vestigen. We vinden het leuk om tijd door te brengen met vrienden maar we vinden een kalm huis ook belangrijk en houden we altijd rekening met onze buren. Naast onze studie hebben wij allebei een stabiele bijbaan. Rhiannon werkt in een Ierse pub en ik werk in het weekend bij conceptstore Voorlopig. We kunnen beiden inkomensbewijzen aanleveren en indien gewenst kunnen onze ouders garant staan. We zijn verantwoordelijke huurders en gaan zorgvuldig om met onze woonruimte. Wij zouden idealiter rond juli/augustus willen verhuizen, willen ons beiden inschrijven op het adres en kunnen alle benodigde documenten snel aanleveren. Daarnaast roken we niet en hebben we geen huisdieren. Graag stellen wij ons verder persoonlijk aan u voor tijdens een bezichtiging.
