I am a 20 year old working student at Leiden University, looking for an apartment or studio together with my boyfriend (also a 20 year old student, but at TU Delft). I am a working student with 2 part time jobs, one in service, and the other as a student assistant at my university. My boyfriend is currently seeking a job. We have 2 sets of parents with steady incomes supporting as financially, who can be considered our guarantors for legal purposes. We both currently receive different kinds of government grants, making us extra financially secure.. We both have renting experience here in The Netherlands. We have never received complaints from landlords, roommates or neighbors. We have always paid our rent in time. We are both quiet homebodies, we don't smoke, play instruments or have pets. Mijn reden voor verhuizing is dat ik momenteel een studio huur maar mijn verhuurder gaat de woning op korte termijn verkopen en ben dus naarstig op zoek naar een nieuwe woonruimte. Ik werk momenteel in loondienst, heb twee banen wat betekend dat ik niet vaak thuis ben. Dit in combinatie met mijn rustige aard zorgt ervoor dat ik een nette en opgeruimde leefomgeving onderhoud. Verder rook ik niet en hecht veel waarde aan een schoon huis. Weekenden ben ik niet vaak thuis dab ga ik er vaak tussenuit.

Hello I am Lorenzo, I am 21 years old Italian student that has lived his whole life outside of Italy and started his academic journey in Groningen with a Bachelor in Biomedical Engineering, in the hopes of acquiring skills and knowledge through my studies in order to work on prosthetic limbs.
