Hallo! I am a female exchange student for UU, studying social sciences. I would prefer to rent from 25/08/2025 to 25/06/2026 but I am flexible! I have a UK guarantor and proof of finance through my visa application. The guarantor's gross monthly income is €11000. I received my full deposit back from my last renting and I was also a lead tenant. I understand that exchange students are not as desired but I can assure you we both have international bank accounts and my brother was on erasmus in Spain - so we know how to rent abroad!! Bedankt!
