We kunnen beiden inkomensbewijzen aanleveren en indien gewenst kunnen onze ouders garant staan. We zijn verantwoordelijke huurders en gaan zorgvuldig om met onze woonruimte. Wij zouden idealiter rond juli/augustus willen verhuizen, willen ons beiden inschrijven op het adres en kunnen alle benodigde documenten snel aanleveren. Ik vind Rotterdam een hele mooie stad en wil niet weg. Helaas moet ik eind december uit mijn huidige studio bij Blaak, omdat mijn huurperiode afloopt. Voor mij is het vooral belangrijk dat de woning op een plek staat in Rotterdam die makkelijk bereikbaar is met OV. Bovendien merk ik dat ik nu ook echt toe ben aan een appartement, in plaats van een krappe studio. En ik wil iets voor een langere tijd, waar ik echt mijn huisje van kan maken. Tot slot ben ik netjes en rustig.
