Geachte heer/mevrouw, Met deze brief wil ik graag mijn interesse kenbaar maken voor de huurwoning. Mijn naam is Henk. Inmiddels ben ik al ruim 20 jaar zelfstandig ondernemer als stukadoor. Gedurende deze jaren heb ik een stabiel bedrijf opgebouwd met een betrouwbaar en consistent inkomen. Ik ben financieel verantwoordelijk en kom mijn verplichtingen altijd zorgvuldig na. Recent ben ik gescheiden, waardoor ik op zoek ben naar een nieuwe woning waar ik een rustige en stabiele basis kan opbouwen. Ik zoek een woning voor de langere termijn, waar ik een prettig thuis van kan maken en mijn leven opnieuw kan vormgeven. Daarnaast komen mijn kinderen( jong volwassen) regelmatig bij mij op bezoek. Een fijne en stabiele woonomgeving is daarom voor mij extra belangrijk. Ik hecht veel waarde aan rust, netheid en een goede leefomgeving. Als huurder ben ik betrouwbaar, netjes en zorgvuldig. Ik zal de woning goed onderhouden en respectvol omgaan met de omgeving en mijn eventuele buren. Een goede verstandhouding met de verhuurder vind ik vanzelfsprekend.
