The property is reasonably to easily accessible with many facilities nearby. Located within cycling distance to Groningen city centre and train station, walking distance to a supermarket.

Financial:
- Rent € 800 per studio
- Including utilities and service costs
- Deposit € 1250 per studio

Other:
- Only for (foreign) students
- Contract for 2 years
- Registration is possible/obligatory
