Located on the first floor, the double windows allow for good noise insulation. 
It’s 5 minutes cycle from the station and right in front of the city center. 

Only available for working tenants (no students unfortunately), the minimum contract is 1 year and becomes permanent after this. 
Rent requirements are salary = 3 x rent (this is rented via a company and non negotiable so please only apply if you match).
