Over de woonruimte

Hallo allemaal. Gezien het feit dat niet alle bewoners NL spreken, is het enigszins belangrijk dat degene die gekozen wordt ook Engels spreekt. Vandaar dat ik mijn advertentie verder in het Engels zal voortzetten. Maar jullie kunnen gewoon in het Nederlands reageren hoor.

congratulations on making it to another early spring round of musical chairs …but with rooms. The place I’m offering will be shared with two other people and is located in the south of Rotterdam close to the Maas. The room is 14m2 and fully furnished. This room has its own access to the balcony. And if you like pigeons and seagulls, you’re going to love this room. 

The price for this private pigeon petting zoo is a whopping €775,- including utilities/local taxes/insurance/service cost/internet. Registration is mandatory. And when applying the city will do a background check on you. This means that if you’ve ever gotten into trouble with the law, this room will not work for you and I wish you the best. I will require a € 1.200,- refundable (provided you don’t wreck the place) security deposit.

The room is available right away. You’ll be sharing the kitchen, balcony and bathroom facilities (incl. washer) with two other students. Registration, again, is mandatory and the room is available for long term.

There is a tram stop around the corner of the apartment that will get you to Maashaven in two shakes of a lamb’s tail (two tram stops). With a bike you can get to the centre in about 15 mins. With public transport it might take you a bit less or more depending on your connection. But you won’t get the free cardio though.

In the pictures there is a glass sliding door that is now closed off. The pics were taken during the renovation. And I was too lazy to retake them. You'll get the same or similar furniture as the ones in the pictures with maybe just a few minor changes.

Oh, ik spreek overigens ook fantastisch Nederlands. Maar aangezien de andere twee kamers bewoond worden door internationals, is het wel zo handig als je Engels spreekt.
