A room in a shared and newly renovated apartment 30 seconds walk from tram stop Breeplein (Rotterdam South). Approximately 20 minutes cycling to Erasmus University, 15 minutes to Erasmus MC and the center of Rotterdam, and only few minutes away from the up and coming neighbourhood Katendrecht with the famous Fenix Food Factory. From the tram stop it is only 12 minutes to reach Beurs. Albert Heijn is 10 minutes walking.

Fully furnished room with a bed that can be converted from a single to a two persons bed. The bed has a new mattress and bedding, in addition to the bed the other furniture in the room is brand new.

The apartment is shared with a few other persons who are either seriously studying or already working. If you are looking for a place to party, then this is perhaps not the apartment that you should choose. However, the apartment has a modern kitchen (recently renovated) with enough space to cook a lot of different dishes. There are appliances available for everyone in the apartment, this includes a dishwasher, washing machine and dryer. The modern bathroom (also renovated) has a large rain shower.

Furthermore, the apartment has a balcony that can be accessed by everyone from the kitchen. The room is on the front side of the house, but it has highly isolated windows, so it is quiet during the day and at night.
