Over de woonruimte

Hi!

I am renting out my room while going on exchange. The room is spacious with 15m2 and has big windows that let a lot of light in. It is fully furnished including a private fridge. 

You’ll be living with two roommates, one female, one male. They are both in their 20s, both internationals, and very nice, quiet and clean. The bathrooms (toilet and shower), the kitchen, and a small storage room are shared.

Other than that, the apartment has everything one needs, like dishwasher, washing machine, oven, stove, microwave, and more. A cleaner comes every week and is already included in the rent price, so you won’t have to clean by yourself ;).

About the area: The apartment is located in the south of Rotterdam. Grocery stores, Etos, Tram station, and other shops are all super close in 5-minute walking distance. It is also close to the Maastunnel, which allows you to conveniently get to the other side of the river and to the city center.
