The apartment is in a modern, well-maintained building of around 20 years old and has a top energy label (A), which makes it a comfortable place to live throughout the year.

You’ll be sharing the home with two female housemates in their 20s–30s, as well as one super cute cat who makes the place even more charming and cozy.

As the current household is most comfortable sharing the apartment with another woman, preference will be given to female applicants. At the same time, male applicants are also very welcome to get in touch and arrange a viewing.

The location is very convenient: the supermarket is right downstairs, and Rijswijk Station is only about 200 metres away, so commuting is quick and easy.
