I am going to rent out a room in a 60 m² house to a friendly, clean, flexible and reliable roommate.  

**for now i am going to rent until 30 September**

This house is located in Rijswijk on the 7th floor of a modern building with a big balcony . the free accessibility to facilities in this building are included :

The Train/Tram/Bus station is just in 5 minutes' walk . travel distance by train(in minutes) :
 Delft 4 m 
Rotterdam central 18 m 
Denhaag (The Hague) 11 m 
Leiden 20 m

Supermarket ,restaurant, grocery, Sport City within 2 minutes walk. I would like to host easygoing and friendly people .I would like cultural exchange and travelling .the speaking language in my house is English.

please note that this house has only one room which is subject to rent.
