I am going to rent out my room to a friendly, clean and reliable tenant.  

This house is located in Rijswijk on the 7th floor of a modern building with a big balcony . the free accessibility to facilities in this building are included :

The Train/Tram/Bus station is just in 5 minutes' walk . travel distance by train(in minutes) :

Denhaag (The Hague) 11 m

Supermarket ,restaurant, grocery, sportcity within 2 minutes walk. I would like to host easygoing and friendly people .I would like cultural exchange and travelling .the speaking language in my house is English . However, I would like to learn and speak dutch if you are going to learn dutch.

There are 2 options to rent .you can rent the room shown in photo for € 650 per month,or a room divided by curtain in living room for € 500 per month(curtain will be installed ). The rooms are private,  the rest of the house is shared.
