The accomodation is located in Nieuw-Vennep. Quiet and friendly neighborhood. Walking distance 5 min to the bus stop. 

Cleaning is 1x week. (Included)
Registration is allowed AFTER three months of trial. 

Main and important guidelines:
- Sharing spaces always keep clean after use. 
- NO Smoking 
- NO parties and sleepovers 
- NO pets 
The accomodation is only for ONE person = tenant.
