Over de woonruimte

Hi people!
One of the rooms in our house recently freed up! Before the end of the month, we will host a ‘hospiteeravond’ to find a new housemate. 

We're a mixed gender and mixed international-dutch house. We're all students or have just finished. We are looking for another international housemate (no gender preference) to keep the balance in the house. 

The house is situated in the Musschenbroekstraat - just outside the city centre. The room is ±12 m2. The kitchen – also functioning as living room – shower and toilet are shared. 

Supermarket Dirk is within walking distance and by bike Albert Heijn and Jumbo can be reached within 8 minutes. The city centre is 5 minutes by bike, the station is also 5 minutes, when you go the other way. The faculties, the library and USC are all within cycling distance. 

Although we do not have any obligatory house activities, people do regularly do things together, e.g. (second-hand) shopping, board games and a party every once in a while. 

The monthly rent will be about €520,- all included, with a one-time deposit. We also pay about €16,- a month for internet and the washing machine.
