 room is becoming available in our lovely Haarlem apartment from August as my current flatmate is moving out. The room is unfurnished, while the rest of the apartment is furnished. We’re currently finalizing which shared items (sofa, dining table, coffee table) will remain — so there’s flexibility if you have furniture you’d like to bring.

🛏️ Rental term: Minimum stay is 12 months, as we’ll both be starting a new rental contract together with the landlord.

You’ll be sharing the flat with me — a 29-year-old female, working full-time as a Marketer in Amsterdam Zuid. I work mostly from the office with some days at home. I enjoy a calm, tidy home where I can unwind after work — no parties, just cooking, relaxing, and the occasional getaway. I’m looking for a mature, clean, and responsible flatmate who values a peaceful and respectful living environment.
