★ The house has 2 balconies, 1 of which is attached to the rented room.
★ The location is close to the main station, and within walking distance of a supermarket and the city center.
★ You share the house with 1 other student (Roos) with whom you share the kitchen, shower, toilet and living room. All rooms are furnished.
★ It is possible to buy furniture in the room from the person who is moving out, namely the bed with mattress, the desk, and the bookshelves. The total price for this is €150.
