Over de woonruimte

Hello everyone,

We have a room available in our friendly international house located on Briljantstraat in Vinkhuizen. We are looking for someone further in their studies to join us.

You would be living with people from Spain, India, Russia, and Sweden. Our house has 6 rooms in total, spread over 3 floors. 

We are only a 6-minute bike ride away from Zernike campus. Jumbo, Action, Lidl, and Albert Heijn are all very close by. The city centre is about a 15-minute bike ride away.

The rent includes all utilities: electricity, internet, water, and heating. Registration is possible. The lease agreement is for a minimum of one year.

We maintain a cleaning schedule to keep the common areas tidy. While we don't have mandatory house dinners, we do enjoy spending time together and catching up when we are available. 

We are generally a quiet house; we're mostly past our party days and appreciate a calm living environment.

The house itself has seen better days, but it's a place we love and call home. On the plus side, we never have any issues with our landlord. We also have a lovely garden where we sometimes have BBQs or just relax when the Dutch weather allows.

Overall, it’s a very pleasant place to live, and you’ll find it equipped with everything you need to start your year in Groningen, including furniture, cutlery, dishes, and pans.
