Over de woonruimte

Hello everybody, a room (22 m2) for 460€ per month, in our Villa is available for 3 months from October 1st till January 1st, with option to extend if housemates feel good vibes with you :) I leave for an internship for 3 months to Poland, that is why I want to subrent the room.
The villa contains:
- 2 kitchens
- 2 living rooms (one enormous one)
- 2 bathrooms and 2 toilets
- Big garden
- 2 pools
- Barbeque area
- Shed and bike shed
- Very big living space basically
The house: 3 minutes from shopping centre (Miro centre), 10 minutes from city centre, 15 minutes from Saxion and 25 minutes from UT.
It is a student house, where we live independently, but we like to meet each other for dinner sometimes, go out or just chill in the living room. Nevertheless in this Villa, you are free to do what you want, if you would prefer to just focus on your own studies or do your own activities, if we have a good vibe it is all fine :) We are looking for a student with good vibes that can eventually stay for longer if is getting along with the housemates :) If you are interested, pm me telling a little bit about yourself :) Hope to see you!
