Over de woonruimte

Hi girls!

I’m looking for someone to take over my room in a lovely 7-bedroom shared house in Capelle aan den IJssel. The house is fully furnished and has everything you need for a comfortable stay.

You’ll have your own bedroom while sharing the kitchen and living room with the other housemates. The roommates are genuinely really nice and friendly, and everyone has their own space while also being able to spend time together. There's also a separate bathroom for the girls, so you don't have to worry about sharing the bathroom with the guys!

The house has a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, oven, microwave, fridge and freezer, a spacious living room with a TV and dining area, washing machine, dryer, Wi-Fi and a lovely garden where you can sit outside. The bedrooms are furnished with a bed, wardrobe, desk, chair, bookshelf, and mirror.

📍 Location: Capelle aan den IJssel

The location is really convenient, especially if you're studying at EUR:
- Metro Line C is just a few minutes' walk away.
- Albert Heijn is 350 meters away, and Aldi is around 800 meters away inside a mall
- Anytime Fitness is just 300 meters away.
- Erasmus University is approximately 24 minutes by bike or 20 minutes by public transport.
- Rotterdam city center (Beurs) is around 23 minutes by metro.
- Schollebos Park is just 7 minutes away by bike.

The neighbourhood is green, quiet and peaceful, with everything you need nearby.

The house has a nice community atmosphere. It's ideal if you enjoy having your own privacy but also like the occasional dinner, movie night or conversation with your housemates. It's more of a cosy home than a party house!

Registration is possible.

Viewings are available this weekend, so feel free to DM me if you'd like to come and see the room!

If you're interested, I'd love to hear a little about you too. Feel free to send me a message!
