Available for rent until no later than January 30, 2027;

Furnished 22 m² room in Capelle aan den IJssel, located on a very quiet street.

The bathroom, toilet, and kitchen are on the ground floor and are shared with others.

The rental period is temporary, as we intend to move back in ourselves afterward.

Are you a quiet person, do you spend more time at university or work than at home, and do you have sufficient income to cover the rent? If so, please respond to my listing.

Please send an email only if you are genuinely interested in renting the room; please do not request a viewing unless you are serious, as it would be a waste of our time.
