This room is only available for 6 months, possibly 1-2  month longer

We are renovating this house, so you might be bothered by dust and noise, so keep this in mind.

If you are a decent student and are looking for temporary accommodation in the Netherlands, please send me a message.

It is a very quiet neighborhood and is preferably rented to expats. I can put up a bed and a chair for you and I can also prepare a small kitchenette with a refrigerator. It concerns 3-4 months, perhaps it can be extended by another three months.

A guarantee from your parents is an additional security to whom I will rent the room

Please note that there is work to be done in the house every day.
