Over de woonruimte

Hi There!

My name is Thomas and I am 32 years old. I have been living at this address for over 3 years now. It is a quiet neighborhood with a busstop and train station (Schollevaar) around the corner. The shopping center is also within walking distance.

The house consists of 3 layers. The 1st floor is: Living room/Kitchen/Hall/Toilet/Balcony The 2nd floor consists of:
Bedroom 1/Bedroom 2/Bathroom/Hallway/Balcony.
Because of these larger spaces/layout you can live together as well as separately from each other. I also have a large storage room in the basement for bicycles/equipment + my own home gym that can be used!

The room consists out a Bed (excl matrass) / Closet / Couch. The balcony on the top floor is attached to the room that can be rented. 
Furthermore the rest of the house is furnished&equipped and with proper use I can share everything! Besides I will get new furniture next month for the kitchen. 

I work full time myself and I am very tidy in using the house. I am looking for someone who is also with this and in consultation a lot is possible! Preferably an (international) student/trainee.

Please if interested send me as much info as possible, like daily rhythm/hobbies&interests/background/period/etc. 

Will you be my new roommate/friend?!
 *note: it’s possible I’ll buy another house in this year in a scope of 15km of this address. There will be option to fully rent it or move with me to a new house(probably bigger)!
