Over de woonruimte

Hi guys,

My name is Claudia, Im originally from Perú but living in The Netherlands 27 years.

Close to Erasmus University for 1 month, I have an emergency great room (19,5 mt) available in a very safe home and area

It has its own refrigerator, microwave, coffee senseo machine, bread toaster, water cooker, own plates and cups, basket for laundry, iron machine and your own sink to wash your hands. Also a desk.

It has a direct balcony from the room itself which gives natural light and most important, in a very safe area.

The apartment is clean, shared with me and a guy from Hungry. We are very clean, we live individually and have a good relationship, always there for each other.

We share the kitchen which has also a balcony with a great view with always sun from the 6th floor. It has a tv to connect with your mobile and enjoy music on YouTube while you cook.

The bathroom and shower are share. There’s a bath so you can relax after a busy day. Washing machine and dryer available also.

Location: 2’ walking to the metro Schenkel which is 2 stops to Erasmus University or 12’ biking. 14’ to the city center Rotterdam. 5’ walking to 3 supermarkets. 12’ biking to Alexandrium big shopping mall and 7’ biking to the new shopping mall Koperwiek. 5’ to different gym’s all prices, bars and restaurants.

The area is safe, decent and very green. Perfect if you like to run and walk outside. Very nice! 

For safety of the house, which is high priority copy of your ID is a must and your identification from your school. In case of emergency, is required the contact of your parents. 

The room is only available for 1 month as it’s from someone else.
