The apartment is located in a monumental building on the 2nd floor, with a french balcony. 

You’ll be sharing the apartment with Ester (23), who is studying at UVA and working part-time. Ester is a florist, so expect the apartment to not only have regularly beautiful flower arrangements but also to be turned into a flower studio every other weekend. 

She’s friendly, social, and enjoys a harmonious home environment. We’re looking for someone clean, considerate, and respectful of each other’s space – non-smoking and not into partying at home, preferably vegetarian and into having homemade meals together.  

The highlight of the flat is the huge shared living space. Because the living room is the heart of the apartment, this home is best suited for someone who enjoys some social interaction and isn’t looking to just keep to themselves in their room. The apartment consists of two bedrooms, one large bathroom with a shower and bathtub, separate toilet and a fully equipped kitchen.
