Good Afternoon
My flatmate is leaving and i need someone else to take his room over.

The period is at least 6 months, max indefinited (we can discuss it together); (you'll get a 3 months notice if i need the room).

First availability : October 2025
The house is completly fournished also your room, which is the biggest in the house, the utilities are all included in the rent (light, water,wifi, ecc...).

Decribing myself in this context using a few points:
 - Tidy and Clean
- Don't smoke
- Don't bring people home often
- Sometimes i might cook for both 
- I like to have conversations in the evening 

Rules: 
- We clean once a week, we do turns.
- No smoke in the house ( Balcony okay)
- Overnights guests are allowed but i have to be agree
