Over de woonruimte

Hi everyone,

I am 41yo male and I am renting a double room (double bed) in my spacious 75 m2 apartment in Reigersbos in Amsterdam. The apartment that will be shared with me, is nicely located in a quiet & very green area with public transport (Metro 50 & 54, Busses) and Market (supermarkets Jumbo & Vomar, Etos, Kruidvat, Atm etc) only a short walk away. The room is available for one or two people and it is completely furnished.

I am looking for international, respectful, quiet and clean persons (25+ years, working, non-smoker) to rent it for an initial period of 6 months with possibility to extent. Ideally someone working during office hours and not having a night job, so there is a better fit.

I will be traveling abroad very often in this period.

The rental price for one person is 910 EUR and for a couple is 1400 euros, excluding utilities (gas, water, electricity), but including internet & municipality taxes. I am asking for a security deposit of 2000 euros. Registration is possible.
