* 		Age: 24+
* 		Preferably a working professional

* 		Non-smoker, no pets, no regular partying
* 		Must be tidy, respectful, and mindful of shared space
* 		Registration possible

RENT & APARTMENT DETAILS:
* 		Monthly rent: €1000 (incl. water, gas, electricity, internet)
* 		Location: Amsterdam Nieuw-West
* 		35 minutes from both the airport & city center by public transport
* 		10-minute walk to Sloterpark (nature playground, bunnies!)
* 		5-minute walk to the local market & shopping center
* 		5-minute bus ride to Sloterdijk Station (trains, FlixBus, etc.)
* 		Size: 72 sqm apartment, bright and warm
* 		Available room: ~10 sqm, currently empty except for a bed (optional for purchase from the previous tenant). Additional storage space will be added in the living room soon. A swivel chair and other small furniture and interior decor from the basement can also be used.

ABOUT ME & OUR HOME:

I'm 27, Hungarian, and have been living here for nearly three years. I work fully remotely for a micromobility company, which means I spend a lot of time at home. I lead a conscious, slow lifestyle and maintain the apartment to a high standard, as preferred by the owners.
I have a passion for design, crafts, and styling, so I love adding personal touches to the space. This is an intimate and spiritual home for me, and I’d love to find a flatmate who sees it the same way—someone who values a clean, well-kept, and peaceful living environment.
I’m highly organized and routine-oriented, but also open and warm. I value mutual consideration, inclusivity, and clear communication. I’ve been in therapy for over a year, so having quiet and personal space regularly is important to me. That said, I love connecting, sharing deep conversations, and fostering a healthy living dynamic based on mutual respect.
