Hi! Is anyone based in Utrecht (city centre/Oost) and interested in a temporary home swap with my room in Amsterdam?

From around October until the end of March, I'll be spending most of my time in Utrecht, so I'm looking for someone with a room or studio there who'd be interested in swapping places for a few months.

I can offer a bright 12 m² bedroom in a very centrally located apartment in Amsterdam Oost for €952/month (including utilities) in a large (120m2) home on two floorss where everyone enjoy their personal space. You'll be sharing with two lovely working professionals from Spain and the Netherlands (both male). I'm happy to swap for either a room in a shared house or a private studio in Utrecht.

If you don't have a place to swap yourself but know of a room or studio that will be available during that period, I'd also really appreciate hearing from you. If you're able to put me in touch with the tenant while renting my room, that could work just as well!

Please note that registration is not possible for my room, and I won't require registration in Utrecht either.
