About the place:

	•	Private bedroom + shared kitchen, living room, bathroom, and balcony
	•	Available immediately
	•	I live in the apartment with my 20-month-old son, so I’m looking for someone who understands what it means to live in a home with a small child – safety and a calm environment are priorities
	•	Smoking is allowed on the balcony only
	•	I expect a reasonable shared responsibility for keeping common areas clean – nothing extreme, just basic mutual respect
	•	Preferably a female tenant, responsible, drug-free, respectful of space and people

I’m friendly and easy-going, but I also value privacy. This home is best suited for someone who is not into party living but prefers a peaceful and stable household.
