Hello!

I’m Dev, and I’m looking for a kind, responsible female flatmate (23–40) to share a beautiful, calm home in vibrant Amsterdam North. This is a single occupancy room, and you'll be living with:

– Me
– My sweet 8-year-old Norwegian Bihund, Chloe
– A wonderful working student lady in the other room

🛏️ The Room & Home:
– Bright, cozy, and fully furnished
– Loads of natural light and smart storage
– Shared bathroom and kitchen
– Living room is partially accessible – feel free to use it when I’m not working there

And yes — it’s more than fully furnished. You’ll find:

✅ Air fryer
✅ Dishwasher
✅ Nespresso coffee machine
✅ A fully equipped kitchen and everything else to make you feel at home

Just walk in with your clothes and you're all set.

💸 Rent & Chloe:
– €900/month all-in (reduced from €1100)
– You’ll help with Chloe’s walks about 30% of the time
– I’ll handle everything else — she’s calm, affectionate, and easy to care for
– Great for someone who enjoys dogs and has a bit of flexibility in their schedule

🐶 About Chloe:
Chloe is 8, sweet-natured, and loves people. As a single dog-parent, work and travel sometimes make her care a bit tricky — so I’d love a flatmate who can help share her walks and offer her company when needed.

I work in Agile coaching, host philosophy and social meetups, and live with intention — focused on health, growth, and contribution. I already have a lovely friend circle in the building, and the vibe at home is relaxed and respectful.
