Over de woonruimte

 

Hello ! 

We are subrenting a beautiful appartment in Utrecht for a short period of time. 

The appartment is fully furnished and can welcome up to 4 people (1 bedroom with a two people bed and another one with two small beds). 
There is a sunny balcony and large windows that give a very nice vibe to the place. It is very nice to chill in :) 

It is located near Wittevrouwen, very close to the city center (7 minutes bike to the dom tower !). There is a shopping center in a 10 minutes walk (4 minutes by bike). 

The renting period would be from the 1st of July to the 26th, but if needed, we might rent it until the 31st of July. The starting date can also be discussed. 

Because it's a last minute offer, we are ready to discuss the price a bit !
