I am looking for a room or a studio, preferably in a house with other students. I am a very respectful and polite person and I always managed to create long lasting friendship everywhere I went. During my studies, I have lived in Canada (for an exchange programme in High school), Groningen (for my bachelor) and Tokyo (doing my minor for my bachelor degree). I am a very positive person. I always have a joke to say and cheer you up. I really like playing music, rock climbing, playing squash, having movie nights. But the thing that I love the most is cooking and food. It really just makes me happy.

I'm a PhD candidate at Radboud University and looking for a nice place to stay somewere close by. I'm 24 years old and moved from Germany to Nijmegen about 1.5 years ago. My previous accomodations were temporary and I have to leave my current place mid August at the latest. In case you need the information, my gross salary amounts to 2700€ per month currently. I like sports a lot, so in my free time, one would most likely find me outside, running or hiking, and enjoying nature. Once a week, I go to an orchestra rehearsal of the Canisius Concertband, a wind orchestra here in Nijmegen. Otherwise, I spend most of my time in the lab, between struggling with the facilites and doing exciting science.

Let me tell a bit more about myself: I was born and raised in the Netherlands and have studied business and innovation in Groningen and Newcastle. I love to travel and go on outdoor adventures. Last year I went hiking for 3 weeks in the Annapurna region in Nepal, this was amazing and I can really recommend it. Next to that I like to do rock climbing and am currently training for a mountain marathon. Now I may seem like someone who can't sit still or whatever but I am a actually a very calm housemate who likes to chill, experiment with cooking, listen to all sorts of music ranging from jazz to hip-hop and from indie to techno (I'll bring my hi-fi set, you'll love it). I'm always down for a drink/borrel and like to go to a festival or a bar every now and then! Apart from this I work full-time as a consultant in the IT-sector and like to work at home from time-to-time. Ah yea, I have a lot of plants, hopefully I can bring them!
