Hey! I’m Clara, a 21-year-old biomedical engineering student from Madrid, Spain. I’ll be spending the first semester of 2025-2026 in Twente for my Erasmus – it’s the 4th year of my bachelor. I’m a super energetic, sociable person who’s always up for new experiences and spontaneous plans. I’ve lived abroad during the summers (twice in Austria doing volunteer work), which gave me a love for languages, cultures, and international vibes – I speak basic German and can’t wait to learn some Dutch while I’m there! Outside my studies, sports play a big role in my life: I’m a runner (I just finished my first half-marathon in April!), a lifelong swimmer, and dreaming of doing an Ironman 70.3 someday – step by step! I’m also passionate about photography, especially capturing fun moments with friends – I’m definitely the one who always brings a camera to keep the memories alive. I also love dancing, hiking, and going out. When it comes to shared living, I’m very tidy and organized. But, for now, I will be coming alone to do the Masters, which is of 1 year and I am looking for a room with registration available. Please confirm me regarding this. I am looking for a room and especially it's location should be near UvA. I am expecting to be in Amsterdam by July as my coursework starts by 1st September. I am also willing to pay 1 month of rent advance (July) in case I reach there by August. I can pay it as a part of Deposit when I eventually reach there. I currently work as a Software Engineer and have a remote job going...which I will continue even after reaching NL as well. I will be able to afford the rent that you have mentioned and wont bother you with late payments at all. I like playing football and enjoy movies, video games and card games, chess, etc. I am quite extrovert some times and very nerdy in other times! If everything goes well. Hoi Hoi Ik ben Job, 20 jaar en derdejaars TB student. Omdat ik volgend jaar aan m’n master begin (en het heen-en-weer reizen me inmiddels de keel uithangt), heb ik besloten dat het misschien verstandig wordt om op kamers te gaan. Ik sport graag om m’n hoofd leeg te maken, hou van een borrel (of twee), en ben zeker niet vies van een goeie escalatieavond op z’n tijd (zolang het maar geen tentamenperiode is). Ook sta ik m’n mannetje in de keuken, verwacht geen sterrenmaaltijden, maar ik kan prima iets eetbaars op tafel zetten ;). Ik zoek een gezellig huis waar naast studeren ook ruimte is voor grapjes, biertjes, samen eten, en af en toe chaos. Als jullie op zoek zijn naar een sportieve, sociale en relaxte huisgenoot die zich niet te serieus neemt, dan hoor ik graag van jullie!
