I will be studying my fourth year at UGR next academic year, so I'm looking for accommodation starting in July or August. I take my academic work seriously and maintain a balanced lifestyle. I'm committed to being a respectful tenant, I'm currently renting a room and have had a very positive experience so far. I have never had any problems with my landlord or housemates, as I always make an effort to communicate clearly and respectfully. I pay my rent on time every month, take good care of the property, and keep my living space clean. I am a non-smoker, and I like to train in the gym. I do not have a real income, because my parents will pay for my rent, as the double major is very time consuming.
