I have a guarantor. I live alone, and have no pets and don't smoke. I am Peruvian but in the process of acquiring the documents of my Spanish citizenship. I'm available for a viewing at anytime . When could I come by for a viewing? I can move in one month after agreeing on the contract but I could start paying the rent from before to secure the place.

I have been living in Amsterdam for a year now and worked in a Michelin star restaurant as fine dining and wines are my great passions. Besides that I'm a lover of Japanese culture. Mijn naam is Anna en ik ben op zoek naar een kamer in Enschede met een paar gezellige huisgenoten. Ik ga volgend jaar (als goed is, ik moet eerst nog even slagen) forensisch onderzoek studeren aan het Saxion. Een beetje over mezelf: ik ben 18 jaar en zit momenteel in het examenjaar (havo 5) in Groningen. Ik ben in het buitenland (Dubai) geboren en opgegroeid, maar woon sinds 2017 in het bruisende dorp Annen. Verder doe ik aan wedstrijdzwemmen en ben ik ook van plan om dat in Enschede te blijven doen, waarschijnlijk bij een studentenvereniging. In mijn vrije tijd doe ik graag iets spontaans en leuks met vrienden in het dorp. Ik vind zelf dat ik erg flexibel ben en me goed kan aanpassen.

I’m from Sicily, and I also lived in Naples for 4 years when I studied for my bachelor's degree. In Naples, I lived in a shared house with other 4 people, so I’m already used to the idea of living in a shared house. I also lived for a brief period of my life in London. I’m a very quiet, liable and neat person, I like having time for myself but I also love to hung up and having a few friends around. Furthermore, I like to read, and watching movies and series. I also enjoy cooking, and I am a pro with Japanese food. I studied languages most of my life and I speak several languages like Spanish, French and also Japanese, and of course Italian too. We are Samuel and Julia from Finland and we have lived happily together for almost two years now. We were both accepted to the University of Groningen a few weeks ago; Julia (23 years old) will study psychology and Samuel (soon-to-be 21 years old), will study biomedical engineering. Hence, we are now looking for an apartment in Groningen beginning from the 1st of August, but if needed, we are also capable of paying rent for the summer months as well. As our studies in Groningen will take at least four years, we are looking for long-term housing. This spring, we will both graduate from the Helsinki Conservatory of Music with degrees in classical music performance. During our studies there, we have been working part-time in a traditional high-class café in central Helsinki. After graduation, we will earn 2500 € per month and can travel to Groningen at almost any moment to see the apartment(s). As tenants, we are responsible and reliable – we have been lucky enough to grow up in modern, neat childhood homes and we truly appreciate aesthetics and a clean environment. We don't have pets, neither of us smokes or uses any kind of intoxicants and we never throw parties.
