Ik hou van de combinatie van de stad en de natuur: een wandeling door de duinen, even naar het strand, over de markt struinen of een speciaalbiertje drinken bij De Boom. Doordeweeks werk ik in de marketing bij een bakkerschool in Zaandam. In mijn vrije tijd wandel, kook en teken ik graag. Om meer betrokken te zijn bij de stad werk ik sinds 2 jaar als vrijwilliger mee aan het magazine van de 8 October Vereniging. Ik ben rustig, netjes en vind het belangrijk om goed voor mijn woonplek te zorgen. Helaas moet ik mijn huidige woning vanwege de gemeente verlaten, waardoor ik nu op zoek ben naar een nieuwe plek in Alkmaar. Een aanbeveling van mijn huidige verhuurder kan ik uiteraard geven.

Ik ben een 26-jarige Franse professional en werk sinds ongeveer een jaar als projectmanager in Amsterdam, nadat ik hier een paar jaar geleden al eerder heb gewoond. Hoewel ik nu in Amsterdam werk, is Utrecht (Utreg) altijd mijn veilige haven gebleven. Ik woon momenteel in een SSH-studentenwoning en kom daar niet langer voor in aanmerking. Beste verhuurder, Met veel enthousiasme wil ik graag reageren op dit appartement. Ik heb zeer veel interesse en zou hier graag voor langere tijd willen wonen. Vanaf november 2026 zal ik als promovendus (PhD candidate) aan de TU Delft beginnen. Mijn bruto maandsalaris zal ongeveer €3.200 bedragen en ik ben op zoek naar een woning voor de lange termijn, bij voorkeur voor minimaal twee jaar. Ik ben een rustige, nette en verantwoordelijke niet-roker en ik heb geen huisdieren. Ik ga zorgvuldig met mijn woonruimte om en ben op zoek naar een fijne en stabiele plek om tijdens mijn PhD-onderzoek te wonen. Momenteel verblijf ik nog in het buitenland, maar dit vormt geen probleem voor een bezichtiging: een collega die al in Delft woont, kan de bezichtiging namens mij bijwonen.
