Hi! I'm Xianning, a graduate student at Erasmus University of Rotterdam currently completing my master's degree while pursuing an internship. I'm in the process of moving out from student dorms and am actively searching for short-term accommodation (6-12 months). I have a strong affinity for nature and prefer a quiet, peaceful neighborhood. Having spent several years abroad, I've developed a deep appreciation for an independent and disciplined lifestyle. I'm excited to find my new home and look forward to connecting with potential landlords.

The two of us are Designers and living in Amsterdam for more than a year now. We are both born in France and together since almost 5 years. Whether it’s cozy evenings cooking together in the kitchen or simply watching tv series on the sofa, we’re eager to find a home where we can continue building our story. Thomas is a Senior Designer and has been working for a Design agency located in Berlin and Los Angeles for the past 4 years. As for myself, Coline, I work at Philips Domestic Appliances (Versuni) as a freelance Product Designer, in a permanent position in the team (see proof of engagement letter attached in our folder). We are both very quiet and clean, non-smokers and committed to maintaining a clean and orderly living space. Both being designers, we take great care of the environment we live in, as it needs to be for us a constant source of inspiration and well-being.

Since I came here I fell in love with the city, my studies and the people surrounding me. I consider myself proactive, so besides studying EOR I am also studying French in my free time and I will probably TA next year. I am Gabriela, I am half Spanish half Brazilian, I immediately felt identified with Groningen due its international and inclusive environment. I study Biomedical Engineering and in my free time I love doing sports, doing art, cooking and exploring the city. My goals for next year are living in a cozy environment and finding a part time job. You might wonder, why together? Well,since we met we became really good friends and realized we share the same values, we are both very friendly, positive and comprehensive. For us, a house partner is more than just a really good friend, we both agree in house cleaning rules, organization and fairness. We are excited to move in together and cook delicious dinners, which we both love, as well as having film marathons. Regarding payment details, in both our cases our parents are our guarantors and will cover the monthly rent as well as the deposit. Income proof will b e provided if needed. This is my first time living abroad but Utrecht could not be more welcoming and charming as a city. What is more, I work in a grocery delivery company here in Utrecht called Picnic. More about me. I am searching for a room or studio to move out to since my living conditions now are pretty unfortunate. I share housing facilities with about 15 other people, mostly older men. The place is dirty, old, and poorly managed. That is why I would love to move out to a more looked after place, it would greatly affect my mental health.
