I am planning on moving to Utrecht this summer to complete my masters in Neuroscience and Cognition. I am looking to start renting in June or July for 1 or 2 years. I am a quiet and clean female tenant. I always pay on time and can provide a reference from my current landlord speaking to my qualities as a tenant :) My parents will serve as my guarantors. I understand renters are receiving lots of requests for viewings given the housing crisis, but I’d really appreciate the opportunity to arrange a viewing. Hi there! I am Alina, moved to Amsterdam just a couple weeks ago from Berlin. I am currently renting a room in a shared flat in the south of Amstelveen. Unfortunately it is too far for me to stay there longterm. I cycle everywhere and go to the office 5 days/week (close to Amstel station), so it's just not going to work longterm.
