Hi everyone! I'm Dutch and have been living in Amsterdam for the last 4 years. Currently looking for a place to rent with my sweet golden retriever Benny. I have a permanent contract and great references from landlords if needed.

Me and my husband which you can see on the first photo are Icelanders and we live in Iceland and work here. We own the house we live in and we also own an apartment witch we rent to other people. We have a son which you can see with me on the third photo. He is an artist and is living in Utrecht and has been studying Ms in Set Design in HKU school in Utrecht since September. The apartment would be rented by our son who has a stable income (about 4300 euros per month) Me and my husband can be responsible parties. We both work and also have an apartment for rent.

On the other hand, I enjoy having my own space and some quiet time too; in my room, studying languages online, listening to music, and calling my family in Brazil. Some of my hobbies are barbecuing with friends, going to the beach, watching Netflix shows, drinking coffee outside in the sun, traveling, and playing board games. Hey my name is Marah and I’m 19 years and from Germany. I finished school in June and am currently living abroad before I want to start studying sport management in September. Therefore I’m looking for a room in Groningen. I’m open for anything, could be a shared household, a studio or even an apartment with up to 3 bedrooms. The price per room I’m looking for is max 700 euros incl. Preferably I would like to start renting the room in July but for the right fit I’m willing to rent it earlier. My big passion is sports, especially the gym and all kind of outdoor sports. I just completed my PT license and hope to work in a gym in addition to my studies. During my year abroad I’m partly living with a family as an aupair so definitely know what it means to successfully live together. I can’t say no to a coffee and love playing board games but am not that much of a partying person:)

I am currently studying Biomedische Laboratoriumonderzoek at the Hogeschool Rotterdam and work part-time as a cashier. My partner Rouel works full-time. We are both 19 years old. We are very responsible and easy going people, who enjoy spending a night in reading or watching netflix. In my spare time I also enjoy cooking and exercising. We do not have any pets and do not smoke either. We moved to the Netherlands in August to pursue a higher education. My partner and I currently live in Breda, but have only found housing for a few months, which is why we are very eager to move! I hope to have introduced ourselves well to you!

Geachte heer/mevrouw, Mijn naam is Carlo , ik ben 32 jaar oud. Mijn nationaliteit is Nederlands. Ik ben vanuit Heemskerk naar Groningen verhuisd om samen te wonen met mijn huidige vriendin. Helaas gaat het op dit moment niet zo goed in onze relatie en we zijn het er allebei over eens dat we beter gescheiden van elkaar kunnen wonen en op die manier onze relatie voort te kunnen zetten. Voor mij dus de reden dat ik met enig spoed op zoek ben naar andere woonruimte. Ik ben werkzaam als lasser bij Vtl Leek in Leek en heb een goed inkomen. Ik wil graag in de buurt van mijn vriendin blijven wonen dus het liefst in Groningen zelf en eventueel is dichter naar mijn werk toe in Leek of in de omgeving daarvan is ook een optie. Omdat ik net sinds 1 januari 2024 ingeschreven sta in de gemeente Groningen is het voor mij heel erg lastig om andere woonruimte te vinden via woningnet omdat de wachttijden enorm lang zijn en de woningnood hoog. Ik ben in het bezit van een rijbewijs. Verder ben ik een rustige sociale hardwerkende man. Mijn vrije tijd besteed ik aan sporten en dingen ondernemen met vrienden en familie. Uitgaan is niet echt mijn ding ik ben liever gezellig een avondje thuis met of zonder gezelschap. Ik heb geen huisdieren , rook wel maar heb er geen moeite mee om dit buiten de deur te doen. Dat doen we nu ook in het huis waar we nog samen wonen. Ik heb mbt huurcontracten nog nooit geen problemen gehad, altijd keurig mijn huur betaald en me gehouden aan de regels. Ik zou heel graag een plekje voor mezelf willen waar ik de rust weer terug kan vinden en de relatie met mijn vriendin op kan pakken op een voor ons betere en fijnere manier. Ik heb een goed inkomen en kan zelf garant staan voor de betaling daarvan en mijn vaste lasten. Dit is in het verleden ook nooit een obstakel geweest. Ik hoop van u te horen, Mvg Carlo

Ik zit in mijn laatste jaar van de opleiding mediavormgever. Nu moeten we nog 1x een half jaar stage lopen en ik heb nu een super leuke stage gevonden in Eindhoven. Helaas is elke dag heen en weer reizen echt niet te doen en dus ben ik op zoek naar een kamer in en rond Eindhoven.
